Migration is the concept of tranferring the admission from one college to another, followed by certain rules and procedures. The rising trend of the college's cut of list doesn't let the students to get enrolled for the programmes of their choice or the college they want to enrol in. Many students end up taking admission in the correspondence programmes. Thus, the process of Migration helps the students to take admission in any of the top colleges or the course of their own choice. The essential point to be considered for Migration is the Hard Work done by the students in their first year. .

Important Points to note: :

• Students are not allowed to migrate in their first year of Graduation. They can migrate in their second or the third year of Graduation
• It is important for the college to have available seats in the particular course to make the student eligible for migration.
• Students are allowed to migrate from an honours programme to a Pass programme, but not the vice versa.
• An approval from Academic Council of the University is a must on individual merit basis.
• For the students of B.sc (Hons) second and third year, the inter-university migration is not allowed
